The APNIC Foundation has built up a trusted network of partners who work closely with the Foundation to both fund and implement Internet development projects throughout the Asia Pacific.

As a fundraising organization, the APNIC Foundation seeks to establish strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders who can help the Foundation achieve its mission.

The APNIC Foundation Mission:

Increase investment in Internet development in the Asia Pacific region, through engaging with partnerships to impact education and training, human capacity building, community development, research, and related projects and activities.

Foundation partners include the many grantee organizations that over the last 15 years have been recipients of grants and awards from the Information Society Innovation Fund (ISIF Asia). The Foundation also partners with APNIC, along with Keio University’s School on Internet Asia and Asian Interconnection Initiatives. These partnerships – along with many others – help extend the reach of the APNIC Foundation by providing access to expertise and infrastructure throughout the entire region.

The impact of these projects can be seen in the hundreds of initiatives documented on the Foundation’s project page. The Foundation not only seeks to support Internet development projects, but document them as well, to provide an open repository of practitioner knowledge to help assist other Internet development projects.
